Why did you decide to do an MBA?
I decided to pursue an MBA to broaden my career path and develop the skills to lead meaningful change across industries. My background in clinical genetics and molecular biology taught me how to think critically, solve complex problems, and manage high-stakes work with precision. Over time, I found myself increasingly drawn to the strategic and operational side of organizations, where decisions can shape systems and drive innovation. Through the MBA, I aim to build on my technical foundation, strengthen my business acumen, and explore new opportunities where I can combine both to create lasting value.
