Why did you decide to do an MBA?
Coming from an engineering background in industries like IoT, automotive, and medical technology, I realized that technical expertise alone wasn’t enough to drive broader impact. I chose to pursue an MBA to build the leadership, business, and strategic skills needed to turn innovative ideas into real-world solutions and to prepare myself for a global leadership role. I want to bridge the gap between technology and business, lead high-impact initiatives, and create lasting value across industries.
What is the most significant thing you've learned at Ivey?
At Ivey, I’ve learned the power of decision-making with imperfect information. The Case Method taught me how to navigate uncertainty, think strategically under pressure, and lead confidently even when there isn’t a perfect answer.
What's been the most surprising aspect of the Ivey MBA journey to date?
The most surprising part has been how quickly meaningful relationships are built. The collaborative culture, team assignments and deliverables, and shared challenges create a network of peers who genuinely support and push each other to grow.
