I decided to do my MBA to elevate my career to the next level. Coming from an engineering background, the Ivey MBA provides me the opportunity to expand my business acumen while making lifelong connections.
What is the most significant thing you've learned at Ivey?
One of the most significant things I've learned thus far at Ivey is how to leverage the strengths of team members to work towards shared goals. Understanding that a balanced team will outperform individual performance the majority of the time has been truly eye-opening.
