Why did you decide to do an MBA?
I decided to pursue an MBA to bridge the gap between strong execution and effective leadership. Through my experience managing a multimillion-dollar sales portfolio, I developed a deep understanding of client needs and how to drive results, but I also realized that leading teams, shaping strategy, and making high-impact decisions at a broader level requires a different set of skills.
An MBA was the natural next step to accelerate that growth. I wanted an environment that would challenge how I think, expose me to diverse perspectives, and push me to become more well-rounded as a leader. At the same time, I was looking to refine my ability to connect strategy with execution, something that sits at the core of both sales and marketing.
Ultimately, I chose to do an MBA to invest in my long-term potential, to become someone who not only delivers results individually but can also build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams.
