Why did you decide to do an MBA?
During my four years in marketing, I stepped into different roles across brand management and client solutions, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding markets and consumers. However, my aspiration was always to create and lead projects that leave a larger, more lasting impact beyond the marketing function. I found the MBA to be the right catalyst to broaden my strategic thinking, sharpen my leadership skills, and equip me to drive that kind of impact.
What is the most significant thing you've learned at Ivey?
When you sit with some of the sharpest minds in the classroom every day, you quickly realise how much you don't know—and that's been the most significant learning at Ivey. The diversity of thought, experience, and perspectives my classmates bring to every case discussion has pushed me to think beyond my own assumptions and approach problems in ways I never would have on my own. That humility, and the hunger to keep learning that comes with it, is something I'll carry with me long after the MBA.
