Why did you decide to do an MBA?
I worked in a very niche profile for several years, which gave me strong technical and specialized expertise. However, I realized that to broaden my career and create more diverse exit opportunities, I needed to build a wider skill set in strategy, operations, and leadership. That’s what led me to pursue my MBA at Ivey. The MBA has allowed me to complement my niche experience with broader business acumen, exposure to different industries, and leadership opportunities like serving as Co-President of the Women in Management Club, which together position me for a more versatile and impactful consulting career.
What is the most significant thing you've learned at Ivey?
The most significant thing I have learnt at Ivey is collaboration and communication, and that as an international student, you are an addition and not an outsider.
What's been the most surprising aspect of the Ivey MBA journey to date?
