Why did you decide to do an MBA?
I pursued an MBA to scale my impact. In engineering and development, I built technically sound projects, but I realized I wanted to shape the bigger strategic decisions that drive businesses forward. I thrive on learning, competition, and growth, and the MBA gives me the tools and network to lead beyond my technical domain. I'm especially drawn to roles where I can solve complex problems, build high-performing teams, and drive innovation from within. Ultimately, I want to create meaningful change, not just in projects, but in organizations and industries.
What's been the most surprising aspect of the Ivey MBA journey to date?
The people have been incredible. Classmates are personable and extremely fun to collaborate with. It's easy to make friends with almost everyone here.
