Why did you decide to do an MBA?
After six years in investment banking, I realized that an MBA is the most effective pathway to broaden my perspective, strengthen my skills, and successfully pivot into this next phase of my career while expanding my network and gaining exposure to the Canadian market.
What is the most significant thing you've learned at Ivey?
I’ve learned that collaboration is incredibly powerful in the learning process. Also, the way classes are structured at Ivey has taught me to be comfortable rolling up my sleeves, working alongside others, and actively contributing, which has deeply enriched my learning experience.
What's been the most surprising aspect of the Ivey MBA journey to date?
I’ve been surprised by how much class discussions deepen my understanding of concepts I thought I was already familiar with. The diversity of perspectives and mindsets in the classroom adds so much value to the learning experience.
