Why did you decide to do an MBA?
I decided to do an MBA to bring a more structured approach to the current uncertainty in business, updating my knowledge of a world that was fully globalized after my undergraduate studies to one with challenging tariffs where adaptation is necessary inside the teams I lead, no matter which country I am working from.
What is the most significant thing you've learned at Ivey?
I have honed my adaptability mindset so that I can put myself in the shoes of managers at different levels, functions, and industries.
What's been the most surprising aspect of the Ivey MBA journey to date?
The program has the best of two worlds: a "big" section during core and also smaller classes during electives.
