Why did you decide to do an MBA?
I decided to pursue an MBA to transition from execution-focused operational roles into strategic leadership. Coming from a procurement and supply chain background, I wanted to strengthen my business acumen, expand my global perspective, and build the confidence to solve larger organizational challenges. The MBA also gives me the opportunity to grow as a leader, learn from diverse peers, and create a more meaningful long-term career impact.
