Why did you decide to do an MBA?
Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs that nurtured my business acumen, I have always wanted to pursue an education in business. Having done an undergraduate degree of their business field (BMOS) from Western, I have always wanted to come back to Ivey to do an MBA in order to grow my leadership skills and excel further in my career. I also believe that MBA is the perfect program to truly prepare students for a high-stakes career in the real world.
What is the most significant thing you've learned at Ivey?
Having taken various courses like decision making with analytics, communication, and macroeconomics, I have felt that one can learn many things in a classroom, where instead of traditional form of learning, there is an active discussion going on in the classroom encouraging contribution from everyone. I feel like this is the true form of learning, and that's a significant thing I will carry with me through my career.
