Why did you decide to do an MBA?

With eight years of professional experience, pursuing an MBA at Ivey presented the ideal opportunity to gain the strategic frameworks needed to scale healthcare enterprises. The program’s one-year format, combined with its strong reputation in consulting and healthcare, made it a natural fit. What truly sets Ivey apart, though, is its case-based learning approach, a dynamic method that mirrors the same problem-solving mindset I developed while delivering innovative solutions throughout my career.

What is the most significant thing you've learned at Ivey?

The most valuable thing I’ve learned at Ivey is the power of diverse perspectives. Sitting in a room with peers from vastly different industries and backgrounds has fundamentally changed how I approach problems, pushing me to consider angles I could have hardly encountered in any other setting.

What's been the most surprising aspect of the Ivey MBA journey to date?

The most surprising aspect has been how much the program reveals about yourself. The case method doesn’t just sharpen your business acumen, it surfaces your instincts, your blind spots, and the kind of decision-maker you’re becoming, often in the middle of a live classroom discussion.

Ivey in one word or a few words: Please share what your Ivey experience is to you!

Transformative, humbling, and relentlessly challenging in the best possible way.
