Why did you decide to do an MBA?
I wanted to challenge myself in a totally new environment and learn in a way that actually felt engaging. Ivey's case method really appealed to me for that. And I was excited to meet people from all over the world with completely different backgrounds who would hopefully become lifelong friends.
What is the most significant thing you've learned at Ivey?
The most significant thing I've learned at Ivey is how collaborative the learning environment actually is. My classmates come from backgrounds I'd never have encountered otherwise, the faculty are accessible and invested, and the wider Ivey network has been genuinely welcoming from day 1.
What's been the most surprising aspect of the Ivey MBA journey to date?
The most surprising aspect has been how much you can grow in a short period of time. It feels like I just arrived, but I've already worked through more real business problems than I can count and come out with a noticeably different perspective. I'm genuinely excited to see what the rest of the year brings.
