Why did you decide to do an MBA?
Relocating to Canada has always been a key part of my long-term vision, and pursuing an MBA was the natural next step to make that transition successful. I wanted to go beyond just changing locations, I aimed to deeply integrate into the Canadian business community. The Full-Time MBA at Ivey provides the ideal environment to bridge my past experience with my future goals in Canada, allowing me to develop the local expertise and leadership skills necessary to thrive here.
What's been the most surprising aspect of the Ivey MBA journey to date?
The most surprising aspect of my Ivey journey has been the incredible depth of support, both inside and outside the classroom. Coming from a different background, I expected a highly competitive environment, but I found the opposite, a collaborative community where peers and faculty are genuinely invested in your success. This network has been the true cornerstone of my transition to Canada.
