The Ivey Advanced Impact Project is focused on a real-world challenge or opportunity in your role at work. Working one-on-one with an expert Ivey Faculty advisor, you will apply your learning, address Critical Issues for your organization, and drive measurable change. Completing a project is required to earn the Advanced Impact Certificate.

Dr. Blanchard has an extensive background as a practitioner in international business. The Director of Ivey's CEMS Alliance program, Kanina combines deep lived experience with academic rigour.

Hayden Woodley

Hayden Woodley, PhD

Assistant Professor, Organizational Behaviour

Dr. Woodley's research is focused on leadership and followership in organizations and has been funded by Mitacs and SSHRC. Having worked as a leadership and management consultant, Hayden brings an applied lens to research.

How much time do I have to complete my certificate? plus small icon minus small icon

Participants must complete their learning pathway within 18 months of their first program experience. Existing alumni of programs may apply previous learning credentials earned with Ivey towards certificates until May 1, 2026.

When are specific offerings available? plus small icon minus small icon

Workshops and programs are available on a rotating basis. Programs are offered throughout the year in Calgary, Banff, London, Toronto, and online. Click here to contact us and receive a notification of new dates for specific programs.

When do I choose my programs? plus small icon minus small icon

You can earn your Advanced Impact Certificate by combining programs and workshops according to the requirements outlined on our Certificates page. Programs can be completed in any order, and optional offerings can be selected individually at your own pace.
