Executive Presence in a Post-Pandemic World
Executive Presence is the “It” factor that distinguishes leaders that people want to follow. It goes beyond having relevant experience, good technical skills, and competency in “getting things done.” It is deeply personal and involves the ability to inspire others to trust you as a leader. We can’t talk about executive presence without talking about communication. The purpose of this session is to provide you with skills to communicate in a way that inspires others to trust you, establish credibility, and influence action.
